The YCAP Lex Arbitri Blog – named after YCAP’s newsletter, which is archived here – serves as a platform for its members to add to the dialogue on international arbitration by submitting blog posts. If you are interested in writing blog posts about our YCAP events, significant cases or awards, or current developments in the field of international arbitration, please send them along to the YCAP executive at lexarbitri@ycap.ca.
